This course provides students with the underlying principles and techniques of Total Quality Management (TQM) with emphasis on their application to technical organisations.

BBA223 Commercial Law

This course introduces students to the Ghanaian legal system, emphasising business relationships and transactions in contractual agreements; organisation and regulation of business enterprises.

BBA224 Information for Decision Making

This course explores information needed for decision making related to the management of organisations. Various financial tools to examine various alternatives and make relevant decisions are considered. The case study approach is used and the students are encouraged to relate their own applications where possible.

BBA225 Business Finance

This course provides an overview of business financial management. Emphasis is on financial statement analysis, time value of money, management of cash flow, risk and return, and sources of financing.
