BlueCrest College, Moringa School of Technology Hold Partnership Talks

Representatives from BlueCrest College and Moringa Technology Institute in a round table discussion

BlueCrest College, Ghana and Moringa School of Technology, Kenya, have held talks on how the two leading institutions can partner to promote Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) education on the African continent.

The two institutions, with many years of experience in ICT education training in the West Africa region, are hoping, through its collaborations, to build a robust and futuristic ICT education hub that will train students and other professionals seeking to equip and enhance their skills in the use of technology.

Addressing representatives from the Moringa Institute, Dr. Anand Agrawal, the Rector of BlueCrest College, expressed gratitude to the team for seeing BlueCrest as worthy partners in the promotion of ICT on the continent. He stated that the College is in readiness to partner institutions that have the vision of training and building the capacity of prospective students who aspire to be technology icons on the globe.

 

‘’We at BlueCrest College believe in innovativeness, creativity and transformation. We have trained our students along these cardinal principles and the results are there to see; evidenced in our graduates who have become trail blazers in the technology space’’.

Representatives from the Moringa School of Technology were very grateful to the management of BlueCrest for opening their doors to dialogue with them. They expressed the hope that in the not too distant future, the two institutions will live the dream of becoming the giants in ICT training not only in the region but also on the continent and on the global stage as well.


Mr. Sujith Jayaprakash, Director of Outreach and Collaborations at BlueCrest College also took the opportunity to highlight some of the achievements of the College since its establishment and emphasized that the institute is moving at an amazing pace to charter and become a full-fledged university that will mentor other universities on the continent.


“The BlueCrest brand, has, within a short span of time, has become a household name in Ghana and on the African continent and it is not surprising that a good number of our students are nationals from over 20 countries across Africa including Mali, Chad, Guinea, Ivory Coast and Nigeria” he stated.
