Miss BlueCrest 2013/2014 to Contest for Face of Tertiary, Ghana

Miss BlueCrest 2014, CHERYL AGBANA, has been nominated by BlueCrest College to contest for the Crown of Face of Tertiary 2013/2014.
The event is organized by Brein Consult in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender Children and Social Protection and the Ministry of Employment to unify all the Tertiary Institutions in the country under one umbrella to help curb the ascendance of child labour in Ghana. The theme for this year Edition of Face of Tertiary is “Defining a role for Tertiary Institutions in curbing the ascendance of Child Labour in Ghana”.
Over 30 Beauty Queens across the various Tertiary Institutions will be participating in this year‟s event, the number will be narrowed to 15 for the grand finals on the Feb. 28, Accra, through eviction process.
Face of Tertiary is not only about beauty but intellectual contest among the various institutional Queens. An ideal woman, who will represent Tertiary Institutions in Ghana and engage the larger corporate and social community on the above issues, is the primary objective of this event.
Cheryl launched her campaign for the title by requesting all the BlueCrest students and well wishers to TEXT Miss Blue Crest to 1413. She told that she is standing for the title to give an opportunity to children to breath frely and smile, since they deserve a better future.

The Beauty Queens in the various Tertiary Institutions will be given the opportunity to compete for the Face of Tertiary Crown at the National Theatre on 28th Feb. 14, Accra.
