Ms. Mina Afia Acquah is a Lecturer with the Department of Business at BlueCrest College. She obtained her M.Phil. In Human Resource Management from University of Ghana and also a Chartered Marketer (CIM–UK) with 5 years of teaching experience. Her research interests span a range of areas in HRM; HRM practices, Organizational Behavior, Work-life Balance, Employee Voice and Workplace Relationships.
