Dr. Vivekananth Padmanabhan is the HOD of IT at BlueCrest University College, Accra, Ghana. He is an Academic specialized in IT, HRM and Education. He has 13 years of teaching experience in universities in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Botswana, Nigeria and Uganda. He did his PhD in Cloud Computing and did MTech in Computer Science and Engineering. He has done Masters of Arts in Education, MBA in Human Resource Management, PG Diploma in Education Administration & Supervision and PG Diploma in Yoga Education.

He is a certified cyber security expert. He has published 27 international journal publications in the area of IT, Education and HRM. He has 8 international conference publications and presented papers in 6 national level technical symposiums in India.

He is a life coach, soft skills trainer, fitness trainer, personality analyst, voice trainer, career analyst, content writer, content trainer and learning skills trainer.
